关于听力损失 ：您知道吗？全世界有超过5亿人患有听力损失，而且有一半正处于工作年龄。听力损失通常伴随年龄的增长而产生，但年龄并不是的原因。听力损失也可能是因为感染、外伤、过度接触噪音或先天因素导致。无论什么原因，真正的问题不在于听力损失本身，而在于人们不知道如何面对和处理……

听力检查常规流程:
一、耳部检查：
专业验配师会为您检查外耳情况，为下一步测试及终解决方案做准备。                                           二、纯音测听：
您只需坐在测听室，戴上耳机，仔细聆听耳机里不同音调和强度的声音。如果能听到，则用应答器反馈给测试者。测试结束后，验配师会为您出一份听力报告单，并向您解释听力现状以及按键可采取的解决方案   三、常见检查结果：

●传导性听力损失；病变部分一般分布在外耳或中耳。

听损程度一般在轻度到中度之间。

 

●感音神经性听力损失；外耳及中耳无问题，

耳蜗或听神经对声音的感知出现问题。

听损程度不等，一般呈低频好高频差的斜坡型听力曲线。

 

 

●混合性听力损失；具备传导性和感音神经性的双重特点。                                                   

世界卫生组织听力障碍分级标准  ；

正常:0—25dB    轻度:26—40dB   中度:41—60dB    重度:61—80dB     极重度:>80dB

 

四、听力解决方案

●助听器工作原理

一旦检测出有听力损失，下一步就是寻找合适的解决方案。助听器不能治愈患者的听力损失，但能恢复患者的日常交流能力，能极大改善他们的生活质量，减轻家人的负担。

 

助听器的外观各式各样，基本上由5个部分组成；

麦克风：用来接收声音

放大器：将声音放大

芯片：根据用户的听力情况，对声音进行处理和改善。

受话器：将放大后的声音释放到耳内。

电池仓：用于装电池

不同助听器之间，外观差异较大。但真正导致助听器差异的还是内在技术。处理越精细、越舒适的助听器，能给听损患者带来越多的帮助。

步:功率选择不同助听器，功率不同，要根据听力损失程度来选择。类似眼镜的度数要根据视力来选择一样。

第三步：外观选择

 

助听器质量：助听器是一类精密电子设备，为了应对日常各种生活环境，经过特殊的防水防潮设计，部分产品还采用双重保护:纳米涂层外壳和内部防潮处理。

助听器在出厂时经过严苛的试验，例如:摔落测试、盐雾测试、温度适应测试、电器安全测试等等……

用户只要及时清理机身外表的污垢（如耳垢）和潮气，定期到验配中心做保养，一般能使用7、8年。（具体方法可详询专业验配师）。

大部分用户的双耳会同时患有听力损失。他们在验听力学家的建议是:双耳佩戴！配助听器时都遇到一个难题:配助听器，应该单耳还是双耳？听力学家的建议是双耳佩戴！！！

 

1、提高声源定位能力;双耳佩戴助听器可以让用户更全面地收集到环境声。例如:您的朋友在对面街道向您打招呼；有人在敲你家窗户；汽车的报警器在响…当听到这些声音时，您应该往哪边看？如果仅能听到一边，那您始终都转向好耳的一侧。双耳佩戴可有效解决方向感的问题。

2、聆听更省力；让一只耳朵承担两只耳朵的功能，长期以往会让耳朵感到疲惫，也让大脑左右不平衡。因此，双耳佩戴助听器既能恢复平衡感，也能提高聆听舒适度，不需要将单耳的音量调很高。

3、反应自然；如果双耳听力都得到很好的补偿，交谈时，就无须让别人站在好耳一侧，也避免被人误认为是不礼貌的表现。您的反应可以很自然。

4、减少听力下降的速度；如果您的双耳都有听力损失，却只佩戴了一侧。那么，未佩戴耳的聆听能力将加速退化。这一现象被称为“剥夺效应”。因此，避免这个问题的方法就是双耳佩戴，让双耳的聆听功能一起保持活力。

5、更好的抑制噪声；人类的听觉系统可以自动进行降噪。噪声环境下，如果双耳接收到的信号清晰度不同，大脑会趋向信号清楚的耳朵，从而减少噪声的影响。同理，双耳佩戴在抑制噪音方面比单耳表现更好，这对于低频差的用户尤为重要。

6、进一步压制耳鸣；多数患有耳鸣的听力损失用户在佩戴助听器后可以缓解甚至压制耳鸣。耳鸣通常是双侧的，因此在掩蔽耳鸣方面，双侧助听器比单侧助听器更有效。

7、音质更好；想象一下用立体声音箱听音乐。如果只有一个音箱，声音听起来会很平，缺少动感。如果有两个音箱，听起来才更平衡自然，助听器的应用也是同样道理。

8充满自信地与人交谈；研究表明:日常生活中，双耳佩戴的用户比单耳佩戴者的表现更从容。因为收集到的声音信息越完整，就越容易进行交流。
